Terms of Service

GoBeyond gives you a library of materials checked against official sources, two orientation tests, a personal plan with deadlines and reminders, and an assistant that answers from that library.

Premium is an annual subscription. Payment is processed by Paddle, which acts as merchant of record and issues your receipt.

The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it. If you cancel, access remains until the end of the period you already paid for.

Fair use limits apply to the AI assistant. They are shown to you in the interface and exist so that heavy use by a few does not make the service unsustainable for everyone.

The account is personal. Do not share access to it. You are responsible for what is done under your account.

We may suspend an account that is used to attack the service, resell access, or scrape the library wholesale.

We are an information service. We do not represent you before any authority, do not submit documents for you, and cannot influence any decision on your admission, visa or residence permit.

We check our materials against official sources and show you the source and the date of every check. Rules change, and the final word always belongs to the official page of the relevant authority — not to us. Verify anything that matters before you act on it.

Nothing in the service is legal, financial or immigration advice.

If we change these terms materially, we will tell you by email before the change takes effect. The date of the last change is shown at the top of this page.
