Refund Policy

Within 14 days of payment you can request a full refund for any reason. You do not need to justify it.

This is separate from and in addition to any statutory right of withdrawal you may have as a consumer in your country.

Write to us from the email address on your account. We forward the request to Paddle, which processes the refund to the original payment method. The money usually takes several business days to arrive, depending on your bank.

After that window we do not refund the remainder of an annual subscription by default — but if the service failed you in some concrete way, write to us and describe it. We would rather look at the case than hide behind the policy.

You can cancel renewal at any time. Cancelling stops the next charge and leaves your access until the end of the period you already paid for.
